    1. in korea, people usually eat it with alcohol. but, yes, of course. you can eat it with rice too.

    2. It’s a little cheaper for where I live to buy less chicken and use a bit of rice to make it filling enough ^^ so why not 🙂

    2. I actually like to add a little soy sauce in which puts a bit of salt, but if you like the umami saltyness then feel free to add a little salt. Maybe garnish with lemon at the end as it can be overpowering ^^

  1. Maangchi, if i want to cook this and a soup, how should I time the dishes so 1 does not turn cold when I complete the 2nd dish?

    1. Make soup first and make this. Just before your buldak is done, reheat the soup, so you can serve these 2 dishes very hot at the same time.
