  1. கோழி சமைக்கும் பொழுது தக்காளி சேர்த்து வேகவைத்தால் கோழிக்கறி ரப்பர் மாதிரி ஆகிவிடும். ஆகவே தக்காளிக்கு பதிலாக கெட்டி தயிர் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.
    அல்லது தக்காளியை தனியாக நன்கு வதக்கிய பின் கோழிக்கறியை சேர்க்கலாம்.

  4. Not a traditional Tamil Nadu recipe. Mustard & Jeera not a good combination. Why do you need a pressure cooked for a soft meat like chicken.

    1. Indian recepies are very delicious, even I’ m a malay I like to try those recepies and it turned out very delicious and tasty, thank you madam for sharing .

  5. The masala looks very appetizing and am about to try out this recipe … need one clarification. In the list of ingredients the chicken quantity was 1/2 kg, but in your video you mentioned 1 kg, please clarify which is correct, accordingly i will double the other ingredients or use the same quanity. Thanks.

  6. Some people add tomato after chicken while others add tomato before chicken .Dunno which one is better ?

    1. +Abinesh Srinivasan Adding before chicken turns tomatoto mushy and blend well with chicken. Stay tuned for more recipes.
