You will need, plantains, whole vegetable leaves (spinach, or Asian leaves) smoked fish or meat, or preference of your choice; peanut butter or not, palm oil (1or 2 cooking spoon full) cray fish, maggi, salt, pepper to taste and follow the steps as shown.
