  1. I love this episode! I don’t have an answer because usually when I cook yam or potato or anything that foams like this, I tend to leave a space between the top and the pot. Looking forward to finding out the answer. Thanks!

    1. I’m glad you like it +DiscoveringNaturalย ๐Ÿ™‚ There’s really no one answer to it because we all have many different ways of doing this with positive results. Sometimes even when you leave the space, the vibration from the boiling of the contents closes the cover. lol I will say how I do it in the next episode.

  2. Lol!!!! Good one!! I would add a couple drops of oil such as vegatble oil and/or leave the lid a bit open.

  3. I usually lower the heat some and then leave the lid partially open. I try not to, but if necessary I remove some of the water or broth.ย

  4. As someone said remove the lid or leave half open. Works for anything that foams and you don’t need oil or any fancy stuff

  5. Nice series dear ๐Ÿ™‚ . I always add a tablespoon of oil as it comes to a boil, but hubby will just take off the lid :))

  6. Remove the lid, blow inside the pot for a minute or so and put a cooking spoon inside the pot. It always work for me.

  7. I’ll go with the previous suggestions of adding a drop or two of cooking oil.

  8. I will open up the lid and leave some space between the lid and pot. Also,I can lower the heat….

    1. My dear +shedrack ezu, it’s not easy. ๐Ÿ™‚ But it is more manageable now that I work on a reduced offshore schedule. I make the videos when my kids go to school in the morning. Thank you!

  9. For me, i turn down the heat, and add a few spoons of oil to what am cooking, then turn up the heat, works so well for me,.
