    1. +wanjiru pauline Yes you can, some people even opt to deep fry them. Do not be afraid to experiment my dear only way to grow in your kitchen. You could also shallow fry them on a pan… sky is the limit! :))

  4. Love it! I like it that the cilantro, scallions and green peppers are added to the browned beef after the beef is cooked. I can only imagine how those flavours infuse into the entire sausage when it is grilled. Yum! Yum! Good Job!
