Ingredients: Congolese Food, Pluvera Chicken, Spring Onions, Nutmeg, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Jumbo Seasoning & Knows Cube.

Step By Step

1. Slice the chicken in the middle using the knife so you take out the fat.
2. Add the chicken into the bowl of pan add two jugs of water add ginger and garlic around the chicken.
3. Add 2 knows cube, 2 small spoons of jumbo seasoning, sprinkle mixed herbs around the chicken, some nutmeg & chopped spring onions & onions into the chicken then give it a stir.
4. Finally, boil the chicken for 1 hour 30 mins and put it in the oven for 15 mins.
