  2. @mszeee In London, I get mine from Indian shops & butchers’. I’d say look for independent shops, I’m sure they have them in your town.

    Passata tastes as good as tomatoes… I prefer to use raw, fresh tomatoes as they taste fresher but using passata cuts down the preparation time. Yes reducing your portion of palm oil is great! I, personally, don’t think it’s necessary to add the olive oil. I’d use one or the other… although, saying that, olive oil doesn’t really fry food like most other oils do.

  4. This looks so tasty. I cook Nigerian food for my husband and I modifying to reduce or eliminate oils and msg seasonings. I have found he doesn’t notice the difference in taste. He raves about how he can taste the flavors more without so much oil. Kudos to you on healthy cooking. I certainly enjoy your videos.
