    1. Robin Armstead alot of vegetarians and vegans use chickpeas instead! Give it a try ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. OMG … finally some practical yummy lunch ideas. I was sooooo getting tired of eating lettuce and tomato based salads! Thank you so much! I am gonna try both. Living in the Caribbean, grapes are expensive, so i may try a very firm mango for the first and I have to wait a while before the avocados start rolling in. But thank you so very much. I absolutely LOVE these ideas! And i most definitely will share

    1. I think apple would also work in place of the grapes as well. BUT mango sounds great!!

    2. Susan Webb that sounds delicious!! Say hello to the Caribbean for me. I absolutely loved it when I was there.

  2. finally i got something to make with grapes, avocado and chicken that staying at fridge

  3. Because I am lazy, I am probably just going to eat the chicken breasts whole straight from the oven and fruits and vegetablesย raw and pre-cooked tree nuts with greek yogurt. Maybe have a whole avocado on the side too.

I don’t get why apple cider vinegar is all the rave these days. It seems to me that it’s just a sweetened version of white vinegar. And I’m pretty sure that real honey is much more expensive and hard-to-find than those liquidy, syrupy “honey” that is really plant-based sugar.

  4. Yuhhh meeee!!! Both of those look delicious! I LOVE ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ‘ so I’ll probably try that one first!!
