Dahi Chicken is a chicken curry sauce with regular natural yogurt. It is delicious in tasty and very tempting.So with chef Seema learn how to make Dahi Chicken at home only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
oil
cumin seeds
bay leaves
1 tsp black pepper
4-5 cloves
3 – 31/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 sliced onions
1 tsp of salt
3 chopped chillies
3 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp of red chilli powder
plain flour
chicken
1/2 tsp salt
200gms of curd
coriander leaves
2 cups of water
coriander powder
cumin powder
kasoori meethi
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp of garam masala

Method
-Heat some oil in a pan.
-Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,black pepper,cloves and ginger garlic paste.
-Add onions and salt
-Add chillies,tomatoes and chilli powder, cook on low flame
-Coat chicken into plain flour and then put it into the pan
-Add salt and curd and mix well
-Add coriander leaves, water and let it cook for 20-25 minutes
-Add coriander powder, cumin powder kasoori meethi,coriander leaves, garam masala and mix well
-Dahi chicken is ready to be served
