  2. That’s not frijoles volteados father I’m sorry but that’s not the way we prepare volteados sorry 😐 father you should come and learn how to make them. We don’t even use olive oil that’s it’s very expensive here we use palm oil and the onions must be golden brown liquified with the black beans. Than you fried the beans until you have a paste that doesn’t stick to the skillet when you turn them outside up and inside down that’s the meaning of volteados because you move the skillet many times until they get a shape
