    1. +CrankyPants you watch again… lmao they used the grease to cook the chicken.. then added the bacon…?

    1. Really I didn’t notice that 😭😭😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😥😪😪😓😓😭

    2. I was doing by my exams this year and it went through the first 20 fasts so it’s so easy this year despite being one of the longest.

    1. “Vegan” is not synonym of “healthy”. Meat’s not unhealthy. Cheese’s not unhealthy. Egg’s not unhealthy.
Nothing of the existing food is unhealthy. Everything exists for people to be eaten because everything is necessary.
A dish becomes unhealthy when chemical or artificial products are added, or when animals and plants were mistreated when alive (yes, this happens to plants too, so if you don’t want to eat living things, well, start eating stones! Good Luck)

    2. +HauntingGround4ever I never said it as “meat/dairy products are unhealthy”. I said I was asking for more healthy recipes instead of pouring oil over everything!

    3. Yeah, I just reacted to the “vegan/vegetarian recipes” thing, sorry. I’m used to fight with this kind of people because they’re usually arrogant, so I’m sorry if I reacted exaggeratedly.
Anyway, it’s true indeed that too much oil is bad and unhealthy. But I think that this channel doesn’t show opportunities for everyday meals. This recipes are more likely for particular events, such as Christmas Day or Easter or a birthday, maybe.
So it’s pretty understandable they show this kind of dishes, perfect for a party, less for an ordinary dinner.

    4. why do people always watch this channel and the complain about the cream, cheese and meat in their recipies STOP VISITING THE CHANNEL THEN

  1. When you boil pasta water, once the pasta is near done, take about a 1/4 cup of the water, which is saturated with starchy goodness. This will provide for some additional body to your sauce. When making a cream sauce, make sure it’s “Heavy Cream” none of that Half&Half fakery. High fat content lends excellent flavor, and holds up better when under heat. A broken cream sauce is no laughing matter..
Allow the sauce to reduce by half. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce/veggie mixture..the pasta should be coated with the cream, but not clumpy or appear dry (as in the vid). Finish with some chopped basil/parsley, juice of a lemon. Serve with some french bread or slice of garlic bread.

    Thank me later 🙂

    1. ok so heavy cream, 1/4 cup of almost finished boiled pasta water. add the water when the sauce is half cooked?

    2. Add the pasta water just before you pour over or toss the pasta into the sauce. It really just binds everything together, and allows for proper attachment to the pasta which then gives even coating of the sauce per bite. Glad I could help!

    3. Vette_Dude84 I’ll thank you now if you don’t mind. One can tell that adding your step will make a good dish into a creamy heavenly dish. Yum!

    1. Rasmeha Nabil yes! I’ve tried both and I prefer using milk. It just takes a little bit longer for the milk+Parmesan to thicken up nicely

  2. I made this tonight and it came out amazing!! Thank you for sharing your recipes 😋👌🏽
