Butter Chicken Masala is one of the most popular Indian chicken dishes liked by most of us for its mild, subtle flavours and deliciously rich creamy gravy. Its gravy can be made as hot or mild as you like that suits your palates the very famous chicken preparation with silky butter and tomato sauce

100 grams butter
4 piece cashewnuts
1 springs coriander leaves
1 tbsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp Crushed fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
100 ml Fresh cream
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 slice green chillies
2 tbsp oil
1 number onion
500 grams Raw chicken slices
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
200 grams Tomato
0 tomato ketchup ( optional )
• cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chillipdr and shallow fry in oil and set aside

• to the leftover oil add ,cumin,onion,ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashewand other spices and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up

• put it in a blender and add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken and cook for few more minutes

• tomato ketchup is optional and usually use in 2 min butter chicken which i will show in near future

  1. i boil onion tomoatoes and cashews for 20-25 mins. And then grind it. Everything else remain the same.

    1. also when you cook the chicken in the beginning, do you cook it all the way through or is it partially cooked?

    2. i would say 50 percent, we want the chicken to be tender and with stripes of chicken it takes 7 to 10 mins to cook it. so i would say fry it 5 mins at first then another 5min at the end with the sauce.
