Ingredients:
I lbs chuck roast meat.
1 lbs oxi tale.
2 glass basmati rice.
1 pack of Shan Yakhni Pilau.
1/2 onion.
1 whole garlic.
2-3 inch ginger.
3 tbsp cilantro seeds.
2 cinnamon sticks.
3 anise flower.
3-4 dry red pepper.
2 black cardamom.
Oil/ ghee

Recipe:
Put 8 glasses of water in the meat and add onion, garlic, ginger and spices and pilau mix. Bring it to boil and reduce the heat and let it cook until the meat is completely tender and soft. Soak 2 glasses of rice. Make sure soak it for 20-30 minutes. Remove the meat from the stock. Measure the stock and make it equal to 4 glasses. If the stock is less you can add water. Now fry the other half of the onion until it's light brown. Then add the meat and fry for 5-7 minutes. Now add the stock and bring it to boil. Drain the soaked rice and add in the boiling stock. Now lower the heat to medium and cook until the water is dry. Low the heat and cover for 5 minutes. Serve with yogurt sauce. Enjoy.

  7. Hi Hina. On the plate at 0.32 of the video, what are those round, dried, reddish plum-looking things (next to the one dried chili)? I’s not mentioned in your list of ingredients.

    1. clutterology Those are dried round red peppers. Sorry I did mention but didn’t write the shape. Hope this helps. U can use regular dried red peppers.

    2. Also, you use ghee to fry the onions and beef in, right? Not vegetable oil?

    3. clutterology I use ghee to give it more authentic taste but u can use vegetable oil if you want.

    2. Hannah XDEpicFace Soak the rice in water only for 20 minutes. And cook it on high heat until the water dry. Than low the heat and cover for 5-7 minutes. Always use fork to open the rice.
